Cancellation and Refund Policy

Zetexa Global Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy, Under this policy:

  • Cancellations of eSIM & Virtual Number will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order and if the eSIM and Virtual Number is not used
  • However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the eSIM QR Code is downloaded and activated on the device or if the Virtual Number (DID) is used or if the Physical eSIM is Dispatched to correct address and if it Physical SIM card is working fine
  • Shipping or return shipping costs are not refundable for Physical eSIM
  • Refunds can be requested within 30 days if activation issues persist after collaborative trouble shooting. Prompt collaboration with the customer is necessary for refund consideration. No refunds for remaining data or Virtual Number Minutes or SMS post validity period
  • To request a refund for your non working or Dead on Arrival Zetexa Physical eism card, please follow our simple process. Start by obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as returns will not be accepted without it. Ship the eSIM card(s) to Zetexa Operational Address, ensuring you cover the associated shipping costs. Please note that shipping or return shipping costs are non-refundable. Properly package the eSIM card(s) to prevent damage during transit, and be aware that a damaged or excessively used card may result in a refund refusal. If returning from outside the India, declare it as a "Return with no customs value (zero)" to avoid additional charges and ensure smooth processing.   • Fraudulent Purchases: Zetexa may deny refunds for abuse, Terms and Conditions violation, or fraudulent activity
  • Unauthorized Purchases: Investigated cases need approval before refund processing; Zetexa can suspend accounts tied to fraud
  • A one time cancellation fee of USD 2 will be charged for all Cancellation and refunds
  • In case you feel that the eSIM received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision
  • Customers will have the option to receive a credit back via their original payment method or as Zetexa Coins. (Refer to Terms and Conditions for Zetexa Coins)
  • Refund to the original method: Once a refund is approved and issued, it may take up to thirty (30) business days to appear on a statement, depending on the bank
